Amy Strapp

Amy Strapp has over 28 years of experience working in the financial services industry. During this time, she has focused on assisting Midwest community banks with the design and implementation of fixed-account-only bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) and nonqualified benefit plans. This has entailed frequent interaction with clients to assist with ongoing compliance and regulatory matters. During the course of her career, she has worked for five years in banking and another eight years in distribution and marketing. 

Amy has developed strong client relationships while working with senior management, directors and other professional advisors at community banks to help them attract, retain and reward key people. Amy's in-depth knowledge of nonqualified benefit plans, as well as the utilization of BOLI as a long-term funding mechanism, has been highly valued by those who work with her.
