Bill Gardiner

Bill has over 30 years of experience in the design and implementation of nonqualified benefit plans and related financing strategies. Bill works with bank accountants, attorneys and consultants to develop benefit and BOLI plans that mutually benefit the officer, director and shareholder. Bill has authored numerous articles on executive and director compensation that have appeared in publications such as Western Banker, Practical Tax Strategies and The Journal of Compensation and Benefits. He earned his bachelor's degree in financial management from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. 

Bill is a registered representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC, and is licensed to sell BOLI in Alaska, Arizona, California, Georgia, Guam, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wyoming.
