Brian Rodgers

Brian has over 20 years of experience in the executive benefits bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) and  corporate-owned life insurance (COLI) industry. Brian's primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, corporations and nonprofit organizations across the country. He designs, implements, communicates and manages nonqualified deferred compensation plans, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPSs) and split-dollar plans for key executives and directors. In addition, his involvement includes evaluating plan financing options, such as life insurance, mutual funds and annuity products designed to offset and recover the costs associated with executive and employee benefit plans. 

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Pennsylvania State University. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 designations and holds his Pennsylvania health and life license.
