Dave Hagen

Dave joined NFP in 2011 and has worked in the executive benefits and bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) industry for over 25 years. He has held senior leadership roles in plan design, advisory and client service. Dave has conducted educational seminars for many groups and has developed long-standing relationships with third-party distribution partners. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management with a concentration in finance. Dave is a partner on the North Central Region team, which provides services to clients across the upper Midwest. 

Dave is licensed to sell BOLI in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
