Randy Kohls

Randy began his career in the executive benefits and bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) industry in 1997. His experience managing the compliance, design and implementation functions of benefit and fixed account BOLI plans for community banks from the beginning provided a rich base for his current specialized consulting role, working directly with banks and bank advisors to construct and maximize BOLI and benefit programs, as well as ensure proper setup, ongoing administration and compliance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed CPA (inactive). His prior experience includes four years as a CPA in public accounting and four years as a personal financial planner. 

Randy is licensed to sell BOLI in Alabama, Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
