Todd brings over 24 years of experience in designing customized benefit plans and bank-owned life insurance (BOLI), corporate-owned life insurance (COLI), credit union-owned life insurance (CUOLI) and insurance company-owned life (ICOLI) funding programs for banks, for-profit corporations, nonprofit corporations, credit unions and insurance companies. Todd works with accountants, attorneys and other professional advisors to ensure proper implementation and administration of nonqualified benefit plans. His prior experience includes 17 years in the banking industry. Todd is a regular speaker at national and state banking meetings focused on compensation programs and the use of BOLI as a strategic funding source. He earned his undergraduate degree from Drake University and a master's degree from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Joe also served as a private wealth manager in Santiago, Chile, for the expatriate market, where he designed and implemented retirement plans and investment portfolios. In addition, Joe brings two years of prior experience with Clark Consulting in the implementing fixed-account-only bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) programs and nonqualified executive and director benefit plans in Illinois and Missouri. He has also served as a personal lines underwriter for Pekin Insurance in Central Illinois, where he underwrote a book of business of more than 100 independent insurance agencies in Indiana. 

In addition, Joe graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Bradley University, earned his MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibañéz in Santiago, Chile, and currently resides in Miami, Florida.
