Todd works with accountants, attorneys and other professional advisors to ensure proper implementation and administration of nonqualified benefit plans. His prior experience includes 17 years in the banking industry. Todd is a regular speaker at national and state banking meetings in the areas of compensation programs and utilizing BOLI as a strategic funding source. He earned his undergraduate degree from Drake University and a master's degree from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at Depaul University.
